Kenneth L. Greear

Kenneth L. Greear, 78, of Port Clinton, OH, passed away, Wednesday, October 08, 2008 at the University of Toledo Medical Center, Toledo, OH. He was born in Hammersville, OH, on April 24, 1930, the son of Lee and Myrtle Corder Greear. On December 29, 1950 in Clintwood, VA, he married Gloria G. Donahue and she preceded him in death on January 23, 2003. Kenneth worked as a printer for the U. S. Gypsum Company for 40 years, retiring in 1992. He loved hunting and fishing. Hunting was his true passion. Kenneth will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends. Survivors include: Son: Larry W.Julie Binkley Greear of Leipsic, OH; 4 Grandchildren: Brian, Jordan, Greg and Jani Harmon, Jim and Mandy Greear; Great-Granddaughters: Lexus and Zandra Greear; Sister: Ann Charles Miller of Port Clinton, OH; Brothers: William Ellie Greear of Port Clinton, OH, Jack Greear of Defiance, OH and Clarence Shelby Greear of Church Hill, TN. Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, wife and son: James Greear. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 PM, Friday, October 10, 2008 in the Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home and Crematory, Port Clinton, OH. Funeral services will be conducted by Deacon Ben Valdez at 10:00 AM, Saturday, October 11, 2008 in the funeral home. Interment will be in Riverview Cemetery, Port Clinton.
