Kenneth G. Cornell

Kenneth G. Cornell, 76, of Williston, Ohio, entered into eternity with his heavenly Father on Sunday, December 25, 2016. Ken was the youngest son born to the late Edward and Leona Cornell on June 11, 1940, in Clay Center, Ohio. Ken was a veteran, who served in the United States Army. He retired in 1996 from Chrysler Machinery in Perrysburg, Ohio, after working 30 years. He loved to tinker in the garage and kept the squirrel and bird feeders full, watching them visit. He loved his family and enjoyed camping and vacationing. Ken is survived by his wife, Joyce, and his daughter, Jackie Leeann (Cornell) Barraclaugh. He also leaves behind a lot of caring relatives. He is preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Leona Cornell, as well as brothers, Edward Cornell, Jr., Alvin Cornell, and Clayton Cornell, and sister, Patricia Cornell. Ken requested a private funeral with his family. Memorials for Ken may be given to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, 30000 E. River Rd., Perrysburg, OH 43551; or the Allen-Clay Joint Fire District #1, P.O. Box 154, Williston, OH 43468. The Robinson-Walker Funeral Home Crematory of Genoa has assisted the family with arrangements.
