Kelly Ann Floerchinger, 66, of Oak Harbor, Ohio, passed away Sunday, February 15, 2026, at Magruder Hospital in Port Clinton, Ohio.
She was born December 20, 1959, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to Irvin D. and Patricia G. (Meisch) Floerchinger.
Kelly was a proud union laborer with Local #43 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Her work took her to many locations across the country, including several nuclear power plants - among them the Davis-Besse facility near Oak Harbor. Over the years she also worked as a highway construction flagger and as a legal secretary in Iowa.
Kelly loved life along Lake Erie and cherished fishing, boating, and simply being near the water. Some of her happiest moments were spent with friends at Wild Wings in Oak Harbor, celebrating holidays together, dancing on nights out, and traveling to new places. Her friendships meant the world to her, and she held them especially close to her heart.
She is survived by her nephew, Shannon Gorman; close friends Peggy "Bubba" McMellen, Donna Wilkins, Connie Tamburro, and Merrie Garcia; and her beloved Golden Girls Friends Group.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Vicki Murphy.
A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date. Memorial contributions in Kelly's memory may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
Robinson-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, Oak Harbor, is assisting the family with arrangements. Online condolences may be shared at www.walkerfuneralhomes.com.
