Kelly L. Billings

Kelly Lynn Billings, age 63, passed away on Wednesday, June 19, 2024. Kelly was born on March 25, 1961, to parents Carl and Mary (Schiffer) Billings, and was a lifelong resident of Toledo.

Kelly graduated from the University of Toledo and went on to work for the Lucas County Clerk of Courts under Bernie Quilter for many years.

In her free time, Kelly loved playing miniature golf. She also enjoyed watching her favorite show, Perry Mason on MeTV.

Kelly is survived by her brothers, Terry (Cindy) Tressler, and Tom Tressler; nephew, Chris Tressler; niece, Rebecca Tressler; and great-niece, Abby.

A graveside service will be Friday, June 28, 2024 at 10 am at Toledo Memorial Park.
