Keith N. Settles

Keith N. Settles, age 63, passed away May 11, 2011 at his home in Sylvania. Keith was born to Homer and Evelyn Settles on August 7, 1947 in Menomonie, WI. He was raised in Bowling Green, OH, where he received his Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Education from Bowling Green State University. He lived and studied in China for six weeks while working toward his Masters of Business Administration Degree, which he received from Kent State University. Keith loved to play golf, listen to Motown music, and travel to warm, sunny, sandy beaches. Keith was an avid collector of baseball memorabilia and coached little league baseball with his brother in Bowling Green and in Alaska, where he was stationed while serving in the U.S. Army. A marketing instructor with Toledo Public Schools for five years, Keith worked for Champion Spark Plug as an Aviation Sales Administrator and most recently worked for Siemans Energy and Automation Services in Erie, Pennsylvania in sales and as Engineer and Division Manager. Keith is survived by his wife of 38 years, Nancy; brother, Wayne Mary; and sister-in-law, Candace Hudson. He was preceded in death by his parents.
