Keith L. Chupurdy

Keith Chupurdy, age 55 of Delta, Ohio died suddenly Friday March 21, 2014. He was born December 30, 1958 in Wyandotte, Michigan to George and Iona Chupurdy. Keith was a graduate of Roosevelt High School and Monroe Community College. Keith was employed at Gerdau Steel in Monroe Michigan for 30 years, the last 10 years as an industrial electrician. He wore many hats but he was most proud of being a loving husband and devoted father. He enjoyed cooking and grilling, especially around the holidays when he could spend time with his family. Preceded in death by his parents, he is survived by his loving wife Caroline; children Courtney, Georgia, Alyssa, Alysa, Tiffany, Elizabeth, William, Gabbie and Brittany Lynn Chupurdy, and Brittany R. Peter and Brittany L. Eric Yuch; grandson Joshua V. Yuch; brothers Dale Ruby and James Carol Chupurdy; mother and father-in-law Margarete and Hans Schroder; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Friends may visit the family at the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 Sylvania Ave. west of Corey on Monday after 12 Noon where funeral services will follow at 4 PM. Interment will be private.
