Kay Sullivan

Kay Sullivan, 59, of Port Clinton, passed away Thursday, July 10, 2014 at the University of Toledo Medical College, Toledo. She was born on July 15, 1954 in Latham, OH to Sherman and Ruby (May) Massie. On October 2, 1970 in Port Clinton, she married Dinny Sullivan. Kay worked at Mon Ami Restaurant for many years before retiring in 1997. She also worked as a home health care provider. Kay truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; spending time with her family especially her grandkids, going to see local Bluegrass bands and swimming in her pool. She will always be remembered as a very gracious and loving person. In addition to her loving husband of 43 years, Dinny, she is survived by her sons: Dennis “D.J.” (Crystal) Sullivan and Patrick (Jessica) Sullivan both of Port Clinton, grandkids: Caleb, Caleigh, and McKenna, and brothers: Roger (Lucy) Massie, Bob (Mary) Massie, and Dave (Marilyn) Massie. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister: Shirley Massie. Per Kay’s wishes, there will be no services. Memorial contributions in memory of Kay may be given to a charity of the donor’s choice.
