Katie Nicole Steedman

Katie Nicole Steedman, 30, of Perrysburg, Ohio passed away Monday, December 20, 2021, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on June 13, 1991, to Mark and Keri (Novinsky) Corbitt. Katie was a selfless educator and a proud teacher at Meigs High School in Pomeroy, Ohio. She had a passion from helping people and enjoyed working as a STNA for Overbrook Rehabilitation Center in Middleport, Ohio. Katie enjoyed moderating quiz bowls, helping in the community, and making people smile. Katie is survived by her husband, Josh Steedman; grandparents, Jim and Kathy Corbitt; father, Mark (Robin) Corbitt; mother, Keri (Tom) Materni; siblings, Kyle (Danielle) Corbitt, Parker Corbitt, TJ Materni, and Jacob Materni. She was preceded in death by grandparents, Bonnie and Thomas Materni, and Mary Ellen Novinsky and her mother-in-law, Julie Steedman. Friends will be received at Sujkowski Walker Funeral Home, 830 Lime City Rd, Rossford on Wednesday, December 22, 2021, from 2:00 pm-8:00 pm. A funeral mass will be held Thursday, December 23, 2021, at All Saints Catholic Church, 628 Lime City Rd, Rossford at 10:30 am with an hour of visitation prior.
