Kathryn Schramm Perez

Kathryn (Schramm) Perez, 54, of Port Clinton, OH, passed away, Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky, OH, surrounded by her loving family. Kathryn was born October 25, 1961, in Port Clinton, OH, the daughter of Henry John and Lois Jean (Quisno) Schramm. Kathryn worked as a laborer for Jeep in Toledo, OH. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Kathryn enjoyed gardening, music and dancing. She especially loved spending time with her family. Kathryn will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends. Left to cherish her memory: Partner/Fiancé: William Vandercook; Daughter: Abigail (Khalid Younis) Giljum; Sons: John Giljum & Robert Perez; Grandchildren: Ali, Adam & Zain Younis; Step-Daughters: Elizabeth Giljum and Peggy (John) Powers; Step-Grandchildren: Stephen Giljum, Jossie Powers & Gwen Powers; Sisters: Susan (Mike) Sapp, Ginny (George) Brown, Ellen (Don) Spiegel, Joseph Schramm, Rosemary Schramm & Louise (Rusty) Spry and many loving Nieces & Nephews. Kathryn was preceded in death by her parents and brother: Ray Schramm. A Memorial Mass will be conducted by Father John Missler at 10:30AM, Friday, August 26, 2016 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Port Clinton, OH. Interment will be in Riverview Cemetery. Memorial donations in memory of Kathryn may be given to the American Cancer Society; 740 Commerce Dr., Suite B, Perrysburg, OH 43551.
