Kathryn C. Narew

Kathryn C. Narew, age 86, of Toledo, died Thursday, November 30, 2017 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center. On September 21, 1957, she married Harold C. Narew who preceded her in death on July 4, 2009. In her younger years, Kathryn worked as an Airline Stewardess for TWA, the Toledo Country Club and later at Hydramatic for 20 years before retiring. She will be missed by all those who knew and loved her. She is survived by her children, Teri (Daniel) Laytart, Gerald (Rose) Narew and Thomas Narew; grandchildren, Angelique, Amanda and Michael; great grandchildren, Michael, Nevaeh, Taegan, Brady, Delaney and Lillian as well as her brother, Arthur (Helen) Henkel. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Harold and her sister, Dorothy Sheer. Friends will be received on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 from 10-11 AM at Neville-Shank Funeral Home, 7438 Airport Highway, Holland, OH 43528 (419-865-8879) where funeral services will be held at 11 AM. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in Kathryn’s name to the charity of the donor’s choice.
