Kathleen Rodriguez Welker

Kathleen J. Rodriguez-Welker age 51 of Toledo died Monday, October 29, 2018 in the Northwest Ohio Hospice Inpatient Unit, Toledo. She was born May 4, 1967 in San Antonio Texas to Emilio and Barbara Rodriguez. She enjoyed all people and had open arms for everyone. She loved riding her Harley and rock and roll music, but most of all she loved her children, grandchildren, brothers and sisters. Preceded in death by her brother Danny Rodriguez and sister Helen Rodriguez, she is survived by her husband Mark Welker; sons Mark Baker II, Jason (Sylvia) and Keith (Ashley) Baker; Danny Rodriguez, Jr. whom she raised as a son; Chelsea Heath whom she considered a daughter; 16 grandchildren; brother Emilio Rodriguez; and sisters Joyce Cuney, Veronica Draper, Cynthia Rodriguez and Dianna Sutton-Jones. Friends may visit the family at the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 Sylvania Ave. (west of Corey) on Wednesday after 10 am where services will follow at 3 pm. Interment will be private.
