KATHLEEN BETCHER Kathleen Betcher, age 91, of Pemberville passed away May 27, 2013, in Otterbein Portage Valley. She was born in Carrothers, OH. on Feb. 20, 1922. Kathleen was employed as a clerk for Tiedke’s Dept. Store before retiring. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Latcha. She is survived by her loving children, Richard (Betty Walker) Betcher, James (Suzanne) Betcher, and Susan Kay Shook; and six grandchildren, along with many great and great-great-grandchildren.
