Katherine L. Nickell

Katherine L. Nickell, 99, of Perrysburg, Ohio, passed away on Friday, April 19, 2013 at Otterbein of Perrysburg. She was born on August 15, 1913 in Marion, Ohio to James H. and Cora (Debolt) Foos. She was a 1932 graduate of York High School. Katherine married George H. Nickell on December 18, 1937 in Marion. She enjoyed gardening. Katherine is survived by her grandchildren, John (Kay) Nickell, Mike (Lynn) Nickell and Sandy (Allen) Lawrence, seven great grandchildren, seven great-great grandchildren and special friend, David (Shelley) Brossia. She is preceded in death by her husband, son, Dan E. (Arlene) Nickell and granddaughter, Barb Carper. Friends will be received on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 from 3:00 to 8:00 P.M. in the Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 222 East South Boundary St., Perrysburg, Ohio, 43551, 419-874-3133 where funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at 1:00 P.M.
