J'Vion A. Zimmerman

J’vion A. Zimmerman, 18, of Port Clinton, OH died tragically Sunday, May 26, 2024 in Findlay, OH. He was born on August 8, 2005 in Fremont, OH to Jayson A. Zimmerman and Melissa Stockmaster. J’vion graduated from Port Clinton High School in 2023, where he participated previously in basketball and football. J’vion had a heart of gold. He would always put others needs before his own and try to help someone whenever he could. He was a proud big brother and was proud and looking forward to becoming a father later this year.

J’vion’s big smile with dimples, and his presence will be greatly missed. Life will be boring without having him around. J’vion will be remembered for being funny and making people laugh.

J’vion is survived by his mother, Melissa M. Stockmaster, father, Jayson A. Zimmerman, sister, Amara M. Stockmaster, brother, Jayson A. Zimmerman, Jr., his fiancé’, Trinity Marie England and his first-born child due on December 20th, maternal grandmother, Sheila Williamson, paternal grandmother, Judith Daniels, and aunts, uncles, & cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Duane Stockmaster, maternal great grandmother, Dorothy Stockmaster, and paternal great grandmother, Bessie-Ruth Boney.

Visitation for J’vion will be 6-8 p.m., Friday, May 31, 2024 at the Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, 216 Washington St., Port Clinton, OH, with a Celebration of Life and Sharing of Memories conducted at 7:30 p.m. and lead by Pastor Brock Warren. Memorial contributions in memory of J’vion may be given towards funeral expenses or in care of the family.
