June I. Behlmer, 89, of Graytown, passed away peacefully, Friday afternoon, March 10, 2017 surrounded by her family at Riverview Senior Healthcare Campus, Oak Harbor. June was born on June 9, 1927 the daughter of Minnie (Lehman) and John Redman. On November 11, 1949 in Oak Harbor, she married Raymond C. Behlmer and he preceded her in death in 1976. June was a homemaker and a member of St John Lutheran Church, Rocky Ridge. She enjoyed puzzles, cooking and baking. Most of all, June enjoyed being with her family. June is survived by her children, Linda (Robert) Geller of Elliston, Brenda (Larson) LaBine, Ronda (Richard) Ray, Raymond Behlmer, Jr. all of Graytown, and Diane Ray of Rocky Ridge. ten grandchildren and several great grandchildren, sister, Evelyn Schilf of Texas and brother, John (Katie) Redman of Graytown. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, infant son, James D. Behlmer, grandson, Jason Metcalf, son in law, William Ray, brothers, Harold and Arthur Wepler and sisters, Doris Justice and Ruth Arndt. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8pm, Monday, March 13, 2017 in the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home, 165 E Water St, Oak Harbor and 10-11am Tuesday at church. Funeral services will be conducted 11 am, Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at St John Lutheran Church, 450 Rocky Ridge Road, Rocky Ridge. Burial will follow in Limestone Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may been made to St John Lutheran Church, or a charity of the donors choice. Junes family would like to thank the staff of Riverview and Heartland Hospice for the care given to their mother.
