June Baker

June Baker, age 97, passed away on December 17, 2017 at Ohio Living Complex (formerly Swan Creek Retirement Center.) She was born on January 27, 1920 to William and Elizabeth Wolfe in Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania. June graduated from Jersey Shore High School and the Goodwin School of Business. She retired from the Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance Company after 30 years as executive secretary to the director. June was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Maumee. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Ned. Surviving are nephew, William Wolfe and devoted friends, Anabel Williamsen Stubbs, Sharlyn Lane and Matthew Meeker. Private memorial will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at Riverside Cemetery, Maumee, Ohio Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, The Ohio Living Life Care Fund or to the Donors Choice.
