Julianne Slezak

Julianne Elizabeth Slezak, age 88, died on February 10, 2026 in Marblehead, Ohio. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Julie was preceded in death by her parents Raymond Neal and Anne Elizabeth (nee Morganthaler) Sposet and her younger brother, Raymond. She is survived by her sisters-in-law, Barbara (nee Hille) Sposet, Susan Hille and Clare Todd; brother-in-law, Louis Hille, and her nephew Michael Sposet.

The family thanks her friend, Kathy Pointer, the staff at Otterbein Senior Living and Ashanti Hospice Services for their attention and care the past two months.

Private services will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery in Brookpark, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Julie's name to St. Jude Chldren's Research Hospital.
