Judy M. Buhrow

Judy M. Buhrow, 71, of Oak Harbor passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at her residence. She was born on February 25, 1949 in Toledo, OH to Harold “Perp” and Fern (Hultz) Martin. On December 26, 1969 in Williston, OH she married Dean Buhrow, and he survives. Judy worked previously at the family business, Buhrow’s John Deere Dealership, in Limestone, OH until 1989, then at Vern Miller’s Chevrolet until 2006, and currently she was working at Lowe’s in Fremont. Judy was a longtime member of St. John Lutheran Church, Rocky Ridge. Judy was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who enjoyed gardening, canning, baking, going to the casino, horse racing, watching her grandkids show livestock, sporting events and cheer and helping others. She was The Boss of Country Acre Stables. Her favorite time spent was with her family and friends. In addition to her loving husband, Dean, of over 50 years she is survived by her children, Jerry (Ruthann) Buhrow, Jeff (Michelle) Buhrow and Jamie (Jaime) Buhrow, grandchildren, Ashley (Mike) Walterbusch, Austin Buhrow, Carlisa Buhrow and Tierra Buhrow, great-grandchildren, Aubree and Lane Walterbusch, brothers, Don Martin and Ron (Betty) Martin, brothers-in-law, Bob (Janet) Buhrow, Gary Buhrow and Merle (Rita) Moritz, many nieces & nephews, and her grand dogs. She was preceded in death by her parents, mother & father in-law, Marcella “Lou” and Leonard “Bud” Buhrow, sister, Linda Mortiz and sisters-in-law, Robin Seley and Judith Buhrow. Visitation for Judy will be on Sunday, September 27, 2020 at the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, Oak Harbor. The first hour of visitation from 2-3 p.m. will be for anyone with compromised health concerns and public visitation will follow then from 3-8 p.m, with family present from 3-5 & 6-8 p.m. Per the state mandate, facial coverings are required and social distancing is appreciated. Funeral services for Judy will be conducted 11:00 a.m., Monday, September 28, 2020 at St. John Lutheran Church, Rocky Ridge with Pastor Shawn O’Brien officiating. Memorial contributions in memory of Judy may be given to St. John Lutheran Church, Rocky Ridge or the Ottawa County Family Advocacy Center.
