Judith A Prater

Judith A. Prater, age 70, of Perrysburg, passed away on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at home. Judith was born on February 2, 1947 to Robert W. Laas, Sr. and Ruth (Ritenour) Laas in Toledo, Ohio. She married John R. Prater and he survives. Judith was a clerk at Meijer for many years. Left to cherish her memory are her beloved husband, John; mother, Ruth E. Wolfram; children, Renee and Roxanne McDaniel; three grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and siblings, Robert W. Laas Jr. (Doreen) and Robin Burner. Judith was preceded in death by her father, Robert W. Laas, Sr. and brother, Douglas Laas. Friends will be received on Sunday, November 5, 2017 at the Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 701 N. Main St., Walbridge, Ohio (419-666-3121) from 2:00-8:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held in the funeral home on Monday, November 6, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Historic Woodlawn Cemetery, Toledo.
