Judith Nadrasik, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and active member of the Toledo community, passed away peacefully on February 29, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on January 29, 1938, and spent her life enriching the lives of those around her with her warmth, compassion, and vibrant spirit.
Judith was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Joseph Nadrasik Jr., her parents, Elizabeth Jacob and Walter Michaels, and her grandson, Andreas Dionyssiou. She is survived by her daughters Michelle (Gil) Mains, Suzanne (Bill) Supino, and Jo-Anne (Michael) Chrysochoos, along with her grandchildren Mara Dionyssiou, Jordan (Roohi) Kharofa, Alexa (Aaron) Adkins, Zoe (Ross) Monat, John (Kellie) Chrysochoos, Khoury (Courtney) Mains, Gilbert III (Lacey) Mains and Maxx Mains. She also leaves behind a legacy of love and joy in her great-grandchildren Veronica, Charlotte, Francesca, Sebastian, Zayd, Zara, Michael, Hudson and Gavin.
Judith's professional endeavors included owning and operating a successful florist business for many years, where she brought beauty and joy into countless lives. She also served as a financial bookkeeper for several local businesses, contributing her skills and expertise to the community she cherished.
Beyond her professional achievements, Judith was a talented theater actress with the Toledo Repertoire Theater captivating audiences with her performances. She was also an accomplished astrologer, sharing her insights and wisdom with those seeking guidance.
A graduate of Central Catholic High School and The University of Toledo, Judith was a lifelong learner who valued education and intellectual curiosity. However, her greatest joy came from spending time with her large and loving family. Judith's home was always filled with laughter, delicious meals, and cherished memories as her family gathered for celebrations, vacations, and everyday moments of togetherness.
Judith Nadrasik's legacy of love, generosity, and strength will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by her family, friends, and the community she touched with her kindness and grace.
The family would like to offer a special thanks to Bill and Kyle Meidt, Rosary Care and Hospice of Northwest Ohio for all the care and comfort they provided Judith in her final years.
A celebration of Judith's life will be held on March 10th at Walker Funeral Home, 5155 W Sylvania Ave, from noon to 3pm with a prayer service at 2pm performed by Fr. Larry Legakis.
