Juanita I. Parker

Juanita Ila Neter Parker, 93, of Maumee, Ohio passed away Monday, April 26, 2010. She was born May 2, 1916 in Perrysburg, Ohio to Edgar and Edna French Thornton. Juanita was a dedicated and loving homemaker and member of Maumee United Methodist Church. She also attended the Maumee Senior Center. In earlier days, she was fond of playing bingo and antiquing. The widow of Clarence Hank Parker, Juanita is survived by her sons: Gary Delia Parker, of Prescott, AZ; and Gene Joette Parker of Perrysburg, OH. She had 7 grandchildren: Traci, Steven, Karl, Ray, Jessica, Jennifer; and 12 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husband Clarence; mother, Edna; brother, Warren Thornton; & granddaughter, Tari. Family and friends may visit Monday, May 3, 2010 from 10:00 am until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 pm in the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant Street, Maumee, Ohio. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Maumee.
