Juanita K Holman

Juanita K. Holman, 89, of Toledo, passed away Saturday, October 17, 2015 at Lane Park Assisted Living Center. Juanita was born on December 8, 1925 in Athens, Ohio to Fred and Ruth (LeFever) Dalton. She married Chester O. Holman on June 8, 1946 in Toledo, Ohio and he preceded her in death. Juanita was an Office Clerk for 30 years at the Libbey-Owens-Ford plant in East Toledo. She was a member of Unity United Methodist Church where she was on the financial board and was also a Sunday school teacher, she was a member of the East Toledo Senior Center, and the Ladies Auxiliary # 2984 VFW. Surviving her are her brothers, Fred (Betty) Dalton, Thomas (Donna) Dalton, William Dalton, and sisters Almirea “Jo” Reese, Doris Ann Dunlap, Susan Bynum and Sandra Neefe. Friends will be received on Thursday, October 22, 2015 from 2-8:00 pm. in the Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 701 N. Main St. Walbridge, Ohio 43465 (419-666-3121). Funeral Services will take place in the funeral home on Friday, October 23, 2015 at 11:00 am. with Pastor Harold Black officiating. Burial will be in Lake Township Cemetery. Memorial contributions in memory of Juanita may be made to Unity United Methodist Church or the East Toledo Senior Center.
