Juanita B. Sally Collins

Juanita Sally Collins, 90, of Port Clinton, OH, died Sunday evening, December 24, 2017, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg, OH.. Sally was born March 7, 1927, in Elmore, OH, to Earl and Ella (Mock) Crone. On June 25, 1949, in Woodville, OH, she married Richard Collins and he preceded her in death November 4, 2007. Sally was a homemaker, who enjoyed bowling and crocheting. She was avid baseball fan especially of the Detroit Tigers, and a Detroit Lions fan. Known as Grandma C, Sally loved spending much of her time with her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by her loving family. Sally is survived by her family: Diane (Bob) Mazur of Danbury Township, Deborah (Charles) Whiting of Lakeland, FL, Carol (Verl) Reed of Port Clinton, Richard (Donna) Collins of Toledo, Jerri (Thomas) Beard of Waterville and Lisa (Terry Toller) Smith of Oak Harbor; grandchildren: Jennifer Elias, Christina, Eric, and Joshua Grimm, Monica, Michael (Rachel) and Charles (Cheryl) Whiting, Jacob (Natalie) and Steven Reed, Nicole (Josh) Wheeler, Dustin (Brianna), Christopher (Lita) and Amy Collins, Anthony (Nikki), Matthew and Kelly Beard and twin grandsons, Kyle and Andrew Smith, Christopher, Allison and Andrew; great grandchildren, Brandon and Lauren Mooney, Andrew Collins, Mason and Courtney Whiting, Travis and Tyler Waggoner, Olivia Dove, Madelyn and Matthew Grimm, Andrew, Jenna, Lilli and Skylar Collins, Mary Catherine and Thomas Reed and Clay Wheeler; great-great grandchildren, Oaklynn Rose Goard, Joslynn and Camille; and step-great grandchildren, Korbin, Brierley and Breccan Debolt. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, great grandson, Trevor Waggoner and brothers: Donald, Warren Cecil Crone. Visitation will be 11-1PM, Friday, December 29, 2017, at the Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home Crematory, Port Clinton, OH, followed by the funeral service at 1:00PM, conducted by Pastor Bruce Batchelor-Glader. Burial will be in Christy Chapel Cemetery, Port Clinton. The family has suggested memorials to go to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, 30000 E. River Rd., Perrysburg, OH 43551.
