Juanita Buenrostro, 71. She peacefully passed away on April 7, 2018, at St. Vincent Medical Center. She was born to her parents in Brownsville, Texas on August 9, 1946. Juanita had been married to her husband for 43 years before his passing. She enjoyed praying, boating, dancing, listening to music, shopping, going to casinos, traveling when she could, volunteering at St. Charles Hospital, she had such a love for painting. She came up with her own brand of the “flower” pizza the most personalized and beautiful of her paintings but most importantly, she truly enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a woman who had the most beautiful smile, the most meaningful hugs and when she smiled, her eyes sparkled. She will be deeply missed by her six children, Linda (Jeffery) Williams, Monica (Brian Carr) Sieja, Corrina (Luis) Gomez, Francisco Buenrostro, III, Reno Buenrostro, Angie Buenrostro; grandchildren, Luis, Jr., Leonardo, Olympia, Annalicia (Casey), David, Morgan, Amanda, Jessica, Jeffery, Sophia, Iris, Francisco, IV, Jason, Cruz, and Destiny; brother, Joe Garza; and many people she loved as her extended family, in-laws, and former family members. She was preceded by her beloved husband, Francisco Buenrostro, Jr.; sister, Francesca Villarreal; mother, Fidela H. Garza; father Margarito Garza. Friends will be received from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 15, 2018 at Hoeflinger-Shank Funeral Home, 3500 Navarre Avenue, Oregon, Ohio 43616 (419-691-6768) with a scripture service to begin at 8:00 p.m. Burial will be private at Restlawn Memorial Park.
