Joyce J. Reitz Joyce J. Reitz, 88, of Lake Township died February 1, 2013 at Kingston in Perrysburg. She was born in Toledo to Clarence “Tod”and Helen (Balk) Geisert. She married George E. Reitz on September 28, 1944 and he preceded her in death. Joyce, along with her husband and brother-in-law established Reitz Tool and Die and Moline Lanes. She was a life member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, Toledo, She loved attending her children and grandchildrens sporting events. She enjoyed watching the Detroit Tigers and Pistons. She was a 50 year member of Perrysburg Eastern Star. She volunteered at the Lutheran Home of Aging, formerly an active member of the Maumee Senior Center, and loved reading and always had a book in her hand. Surviving are her children: Ron (Sandra) Reitz, Scott (Pat) Reitz, John (Karen) Reitz, Grandchildren: Angela (Chris) Breidenbaugh, Jennifer (Matt) Enderbury, Tracy (Jake) Rollins, Todd, Josh, Tiffany, and Shannon Reitz, 11 Great-Grandchildren and Brother: Robert Geisert. Friends will be received in the Witzler-Shank Funeral Home 701 N. Main St. Walbridge, Ohio 43465 (419-666-3121) from 9-11 AM on Monday, February 4, 2013 followed by the funeral service at 11 AM. Burial will be in Lake Township Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the Lutheran Home of Greater Toledo on Seaman St., St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, or Wood County Animal Shelter.
