Joyce A. Izzi

Joyce A. Izzi, 86, of Rossford, passed away on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at her home. She was the beloved daughter of Eleanor and John Bender. Joyce grew up in Toledo alongside her siblings and carried the values of love, resilience, and dedication throughout her life. Her deep connections with her family remained a cornerstone of her identity. Joyce adored her family and friends and spent all the time she could with them. Every Sunday, Joyce looked forward to attending Mass, and, perhaps just as much, joining her church ladies for lunch afterwards.

She is lovingly remembered by her daughters, Karen (Jeffery) Coleman and Kim (Mark) Campbell; her grandchildren, Joshua Coleman, Nicole Campbell, and Noelle Coleman; her brothers, Tom Bender and Jack Bender; and her sisters-in-law Elaine Bender and Linda Bender. Joyce also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews who were touched by her presence over the years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Eleanor and John Bender; her brother, James Bender; her sister, Geraldine Russell; and her niece, Theresa Bender.

A Funeral Mass to honor Joyce’s life will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at All Saints Catholic Church, 638 Lime City Road, Rossford, where visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m. May the memory of Joyce Ann Izzi bring comfort to all who knew and loved her. Arrangements were entrusted to Sujkowski-Walker Funeral Home, Rossford.
