Joyce Marie Barteck

Joyce Marie Barteck, age 80, passed away on Thursday, April 5, 2018 in Ottawa, OH. The daughter of George and Grace Miller, she was born May 8, 1937 in Toledo. She was a graduate of Whitmer High School. She married Donald Barteck in Toledo on March 9, 1957. Joyce was a member of the Red Hat Society and Eleanor Kahle Senior Center. She enjoyed Bunco, going to the casino and bingo. She is survived by her sons, Rick (Vickie) and Dave (Debbie) Barteck; grandchildren, Bryan Barteck, Jennifer (Craig) Laubenthal, Katelyn (Brad) Gerding; great grandchildren, Trent, Ciara, Chloe, Brayden, William, Claire, Emma and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Don; son, Glenn Alan and grandson, Matthue Barteck. Friends may visit the family on Monday from 2-9 PM at Walker Funeral Home 5155 Sylvania Ave (west of Corey Rd) where services will be held Tuesday at 11:00 AM .
