Joyce Rebecca Adams

Joyce Rebecca Adams age 76 of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Friday, April 14, 2017 in her home surrounded by her loving family. Joyce was born in Toledo on June 7, 1940 to Thomas J. and Myrtle (Wheeler) Purtee. She was employed many years as a cashier for Circle K where she was loved by many. Joyce is survived by her children, Carrie (Paul) Amstutz, Ruth Flanagan, Kim (Gary) Wymer, Judy Harding, Mark Adams, Jane (Calvin) McGriff; 34 grandchildren and 49 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are sisters, Emma Bonner and Kathy Cannon. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by son, Leroy Adams Jr.; lifelong companion, Jack Nice; 5 sisters and 2 brothers. Family and friends will be received at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home 501 Conant St., Maumee on Friday, April 21, 2017 from 4:00 PM until the time of services at 7:00 PM.
