Joshua "Josh" Michael Seeman, 34, of Maumee, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 3, 2026.
Josh was born on October 26, 1991, in Toledo, Ohio, to Larry and Bridget (Halleron) Seeman. He married Kori Hurley on Feburary 3rd 2013, and together they shared 13 years of marriage and raised two beautiful daughters, Isabella and Emilee.
A proud veteran, Josh honorably served his country in the United States Navy. Following his military service, he worked as a truck driver for Central Transport.
Above all, Josh was a devoted family man who cherished his wife and daughters. He was a kindhearted and dependable person whose strong morals and willingness to help others set him apart. Josh never hesitated to lend a hand to family or friends in need, and the people who knew him could always count on him.
Josh enjoyed watching anime, riding his motorcycle, and gaming with his close friends Cluck, Byers, Sean, Henry, and Gage. He deeply valued the friendships he built throughout his life and was especially grateful for his lifelong friendship with Quinton Haggard. He also loved spending time with his beloved pets, Cali, Loki, Thor, Luna, and Goose.
Josh will be deeply missed by his wife, Kori Seeman; daughters, Isabella and Emilee; parents, Larry and Bridget Seeman; brother, Nathan (Karenna) Seeman; sister, Maegan Seeman; niece, Kate; nephew, Jace; grandparents, Jake and Dorothy Seeman; brothers-in-law, Sean (Chloe) Hurley and Zach Hurley; sister-in-law, Brittany Hurley; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Jake Halleron; grandmother, Ursula Halleron; and mother-in-law, Ashlee Gronau.
Josh's life was defined by his love for his family, his loyalty to his friends, his willingness to help others, and the many relationships he built along the way. He leaves behind a legacy of love and memories that will remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
Family and friends will be received Thursday, October 8, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant Street, Maumee, Ohio, where funeral services will be held Friday, October 9, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
