Joseph D Olinger

Joseph D. Olinger, 36, of Curtice, OH, passed away on August 21, 2015 at his home in Oregon. He was born in Toledo, Ohio to Lynn and Deb (Abrell) Olinger on December 29, 1978. Joe was a “1997” graduate of Clay High School and loved to attend services at Cedar Creek Church in Perrysburg. His interest included Ohio State Football, Cleveland Indians, Cleveland Browns, and relaxing in his favorite Rocker. He enjoyed playing golf. Joe is preceded in death by his grandparents, Donald Olinger and Jim and Joyce Abrell and special friend Keith Bell. Left to cherish Joe’s memory are his loving son, Zachary Olinger and daughter, Jaylin Olinger; parents, Lynn and Deb Olinger; siblings, Michelle Olinger and Whitney (Paul Wasserman) Olinger; grandmothers, Sally Bucklew and Frances Olinger; aunts, uncles, cousins and special friend, Tammi Richards. Friends may call at the Hoeflinger-Bolander Funeral Home, 3500 Navarre Ave., Oregon, Ohio from 2:00– 8:00pm on Thursday, August 27, 2015, where his celebration of life service will be held at 10:00am on Friday, August 28, 2015. Interment services will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Perrysburg, Ohio. Memorial contributions in Joe’s name may be made to his children’s education fund.
