Jonathan David Jonny Shank, 22, of Oak Harbor, died unexpectedly, Friday, June 27, 2014, at his home. He was born December 18, 1991, in Oregon, Ohio, to Lisa and Kim Smith and Mike Shank. Jonny was a 2010 graduate of Oak Harbor High School and was an automotive tech for the Muffler Smiths in Port Clinton. He had a passion for music, fashion, art, sports and junk food. Jonny is survived by his parents, Lisa and Kim Smith, brother, Jacob Shank, sisters, Chastity Shank, Jessica Shank-Wachtell, and Abigail Okorowski, nieces, Alexa and Nicole, nephews, Caleb and Landen , grandparents, Dorothy Shank and James and Gertrude Shanks. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Forest Pete Shank and LaDonna and Jack Smith. Please wear your best hat and gather with Jons family from 12-4 p.m. on Wednesday, July 2, 2014, in the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, 165 E. Water St., Oak Harbor, where a Celebration of Jons Life will be conducted at 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family request. that memorial donations for Jonny be given to Teen Challenge USA, 3032 Perry Park Rd., Perry OH, 44081; www.teenchallengeusa.com.; 440-259-3333.
