John Ward

John Ellis Ward, age 78, passed away at home on November 4, 2026. He was born March 25, 1948, in Kingsport, TN to Ellis Roy and Virginia Lee Ward. He was employed by Toledo Floor for many years.

John is survived by his wife of 20 years, Barbara Ward; son, John (Edith) Ward "John John"; daughter, Tammy Ward; step daughter, Corna; step-son, William (Rikki) Dunbar; step-daughters, Elaine Kay and Valerie Bostick; sisters, Rose, Thelma and Genie; brother, Jessie (Kathy); granddaughter, Brandi Moreno; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

Services for John will be private.
