John Charles Spino

John Charles Spino, 68, of Oak Harbor passed away peacefully at his home on November 21, 2021. He was born on March 9, 1953 at the Williams Air Force Base in Chandler, AZ to John Carmen and Anna Lou (Bour) Spino. He graduated from Oak Harbor High School and attended Tiffin University. John was an entrepreneur in a variety of businesses, running a trucking company, water delivery service, hobby business, and working as an owner/operator. John had a passion for racing and attended Skip Barber Racing School and later worked for Z&W Racing. His hobbies included boating, kayaking, and navigating the highways and roads in his 1970 Corvette. John especially loved spending time with his family. John was preceded in death by his father, John Spino, mother, Anna Lou Spino, and brother, Charles Spino. He is survived by his wife, Janice (Boehler) Spino, his son, Cory (Libby) Spino and their children, Dani and Sam Spino, daughter, Niki Spino, and uncle, Hugo (Judy) Bour. Per John’s wishes, there will be no services. The Robinson-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, Oak Harbor is assisting the family with arrangements.
