John Victor Small

John Victor Small, age 54, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, May 28, 2022, at St. Vincent Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. John was a graduate of Waite High School and enjoyed playing video games of all kinds. He was known by many for being a kind and giving person. His family remarked how proud they are of John, for graciously being an organ donor for Life Connection. With his donation, John was able to save and prolong the lives of two individuals. His family can now find solace in the fact that his passing has allowed others to continue their lives.

John Victor Small was born on May 6, 1968, in Toledo, Ohio, the son of Carlton J. Small, Sr., and Ruth Virginia (Jones) Small.

Left to cherish his memory include three siblings, Samuel, Dale, and Rose Small; one nephew, Yousif Hamdi; one niece, Yasameen Hamdi; cousins, Linda Rafferty, Jack, Nancy, and Keith Jones . John is preceded in death by his parents, Carlton and Ruth, and one sister, Martha Wilson.

In accordance with John’s wishes, no services will be held at this time. Walker Funeral Homes have been entrusted with arrangements.
