John Muotka

John “Omar” Muotka, 78, of Walled Lake and Lambertville, MI passed away on Friday, September 29, 2023. He was born on April 15, 1945, to John E. and Helen M. (Sakari) Muotka. Omar was an active member of First Baptist Church/Market Street Church in Walled Lake, MI and worked for over 35 years at Diamond Automation in Farmington Hills, MI. He loved reading and cheering on the Detroit Tigers. Omar was a thankful and gracious man who would help anyone in need. His kind heart will be missed by all that knew him.

He is survived by his loving daughter, Heidi (Robert) Radl; grandchildren, Matthew and Ryan Radl; and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Services for Omar will be private. The family wishes to extend their sincere appreciation to the staff at Aspen Grove Memory Care and ProMedica Hospice for their love and compassion. Memorial donations in Omar’s name may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association. Arrangements were handled by Walker Funeral Home, Toledo.
