John Angelo Martinez

John Angelo "Johnny" Martinez, 38, of Oregon, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at his home. He was born May 19, 1987, in Toledo, Ohio, to Fenon and Anita (Munguia) Martinez.

Johnny enjoyed playing video games, spending time with family and friends, and playing the guitar. He loved attending concerts and was a devoted fan of Blink-182. He was also a loyal supporter of the Dallas Cowboys and Michigan Wolverines football.

Johnny was a hardworking man who took great pride in providing for his family, especially his children. He was most recently employed at Cleveland-Cliffs.

Johnny is survived by his mother, Anita Garcia; children, Zelda & Evelyn; girlfriend, Jourdan Cumnian; and siblings, Olivia (Hipolito) Martinez, Ben (Raquel) Garcia, Nieves Garcia; along with many nieces, nephews, great nieces & nephews; and friends. Preceded in death by his father.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, April 1, 2026, from 11am until the funeral service at 2:00 pm at Walker Funeral Homes, 3500 Navarre Ave, Oregon. Memorials may be directed to Johnny's family.
