John R. Lewark

John R. LeWark, 62, of Toledo, died on Friday, May 3, 2019.  He was born in Toledo, Ohio on May 13, 1956 to Dean and Dorothy (Hogle) LeWark.  John attended Bedford High School and was a self employed flooring installer.  John was an avid guitar player, enjoyed playing billiards and gardening. John is survived by his daughters, Hannah LeWark and Melissa Potvin; sister, Linda (Mike) Peterson; brothers, Tal LeWark, Brad (Bonnie) LeWark and James LeWark; several nieces and nephews; and special pets, Nikki, Bella and Cara.  He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Pamela and brother, Randy NeWark. A Celebration of Johns Life will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 10, 2019 at Church 3TwentyOne, 5845 Centennial Rd., Sylvania, OH 43560.
