John R. Capotosto age 60 of Toledo, OH passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 10, 2022 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo. He was born in Toledo on October 8,1962 to Mario and Constance (Capitospi) Capotosto. John is survived by his many friends and caregivers.

The funeral Mass for John will be held on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at 8:30 AM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 2255 Central Grove, Toledo, OH 43614. Entombment will follow at Toledo Memorial Park, Sylvania. Memorial contributions may be made to the Anne Grady Center, 1525 Eber Rd, Holland, OH 43528 or Hospice of Northwest Ohio 30000 E.
