John David Brenner

John David Brenner, age 66, of Liberty Center, OH formerly of Waterville, OH passed away on Friday December 14, 2012 in his home surrounded by his loving family. John was born in Toledo, OH on May 18, 1946 to Harold J. and Violet Black Brenner. He was employed as an Electrician and supervisor at the Medical College of Ohio for many years. John was a Navy Veteran during the Vietnam War. He was active in Boy Scout Troop 207; served as Commissioner of the Turkey Foot District; recipient of the Arrowhead of Light Award-Toledo Area Council; received the Scout of the year award in 1983; member of Boy Scout Camping Council and a member of the Boy Scout Round Table Staff and Cub Scout Round Table Staff. John had many hobbies but his love was fixing computers. He survived by his loving wife, Charlene Cindy Brenner; sons, David and Nathan Brenner; daughter, Kristin Chris Brenner Orns; grandchildren, Katie, Tyler, Zach, Jordon, Riley, Autum, Heather, Lexie and Trinity and a sister, Susan Monroe. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Barbara Brenner. Friends and family may visit at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant St., Maumee on Monday December 17, 2012 from 3-8 pm where funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 am.
