John C. Anderson

John C. Anderson, 51, of Toledo, passed away September 15, 2023, at Otterbein in Monclova. He was born May 5, 1972, in Toledo, Ohio to John W. and Barbara A. (Perry) Anderson. He worked as a landscaper at Pawlaczyk’s Ever-Green.

John loved to hang out with his friends and listen to his music loud. He liked eagles and Harley Davidson. You could find John with his favorite, Busch Light, and watching NASCAR.

He is survived by his children; Jonathan (Leasha) Schlegel and Samantha (Jimmy Bragg) Anderson; grandchildren, Erin and Anna; sister, Tracy (Bill) Rickman and mother of children and forever friend, Laurie Mueller. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Friends and family will be received Friday, September 22, 2023, from 12-2 p.m. at Witzler-Shank-Walker Funeral Home, 222 E. South Boundary Street, Perrysburg (419-874-3133) where a memorial service will begin at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be private. A celebration of life will occur after the funeral at the home of Tracy & Bill Rickman. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations can be made to offset funeral expenses.
