Joann Lowry

Joann (Evans) Lowry age 93, of Perrysburg, Ohio passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 31, 2020. She was born in Toledo on November 30, 1927 to Joseph P. and Adele (Trottier) Evans. Joann was 1945 graduate of Edward Drummond Libbey High School. She was employed as clerk-treasurer in Perrysburg Township retiring in 1981. Her memberships included First United Methodist, Perrysburg and Eastern Star. Surviving is her daughter, Susan (Meier) Machaterre; son, Steven J. (Denise) Lowry; grandsons, Milan Voska III, Wesley Machaterre; granddaughter, Corri Machaterre; daughter in-law, Dianne Lowry; 8 grandsons; 3 granddaughters, 9 great-grandsons; 1 great-grandaughter and niece, Janet (Wesley) Jackson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard S. Lowry; son, Robert Lowry and sister, Marie Evans Snyder. Family and friends will be received at the Witzler-Shank-Walker Funeral Home, 222 E South Boundary St, Perrysburg, OH on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 from 11:00 AM until the time of services at 1:00 PM.
