Joan Arlene Nagle

Joan Arlene Nagle, 81, of Pemberville, Ohio, and formerly of Martin, Ohio, passed away Sunday, October 25, 2026, at Otterbein Portage Valley. Joan was born August 14, 1945, in Fostoria, Ohio to Vernal and Virginia (Creeger) Below. Joan worked as a bus driver for Oregon City Schools and as a respiratory therapist. She was an avid crocheter and enjoyed baking, cooking, and canning. She was a longtime member of Bono Baptist Church.

Joan is survived by her husband, Richard; children, Eric (Vicki) Cogswell, Collin Cogswell; daughter-in-law, Tina Cogswell; grandchildren, Justin, Jenna, Jayde, Brooke, Nick, David Jr., and Alyssa; numerous great grandchildren; siblings, Jeanne (Gary) Westfall, Janice (Gary) Hamilton, Chuck (Debbie) Below, and Robert (Daine) Below; along with many nieces, nephews and loving family members in Richard's family. She was preceded in death by her parents and son, David Cogswell.

The family will receive friends at Robinson Walker Funeral Home, 501 West Street, Genoa, Monday, November 2, 2026, from 2:00 pm until memorial service at 3:00 pm. Expressions of sympathy may be directed to Joan's family.
