Joan M Klingler

Joan M. Klingler age 76 of Maumee, Ohio passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2009 at Flower Hospital. Joan was born in Toledo, OH on September 15, 1932 to Walter and Catherine Matusak Jakubowski. She was employed at St. Lukes Hospital in the Central Supply Department for 20 years. Joan enjoyed sewing, cooking, but most of all spending time with her grandchildren. She was a member of St. Patrick of Heatherdowns Church. Joan and her husband were also member of Lake Erie British Car Club. She is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Denny; daughter, Kathy Cook; son, Hal Robin Klingler; grandchildren, Roy and Bridgette Stevenson and Eric Klingler; great granddaughter, Kaisha Stevenson; sisters, Dorothy Pence, Evelyn Kline, Barbara Cas Rosinki and brother, Robert Pat Jakubowski. Joan was preceded in death by her parents and son, Wayne Klingler. A memorial service for Joan will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 am at St. Patrick of Heatherdowns Church.
