Jo Anne M Durnwald

Jo Anne Marie (Bauer) Durnwald age 81, of Toledo, OH passed away on Saturday, June 21, 2014 at Ebeid Hospice, Sylvania. Jo Anne was born in Toledo on March 14, 1933 to Michael and Anna (Huber) Bauer. She was employed as a Registered Nurse at area hospitals in Toledo. Jo Anne was a graduate of Mercy School of Nursing, Case Western Reserve University and earned her Masters Degree in Poetry from The University of Toledo. She is survived by her children, Susan (Ronald) Durnwald Parker, Fred and Robert Durnwald; grandchildren, Rachel Loraine Parker and Navada Durnwald Parker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Bauer. A Memorial Mass for Jo Anne will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2014 at 11:00 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 104 West Broadway St., Maumee, OH. Interment will follow at St. Josephs Cemetery.
