Jill C. Edwards

Jill C. Edwards, 71, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, December 9, 2020. She was born in Toledo on September 7, 1949 to Roger and Loretta (Paige) Fischer. Jill married her sweetheart, Nelson Edwards on May 23, 1970. They enjoyed camping, fishing and being with their family. Jill worked for Junior Achievement of Northwest Ohio as an Educational Director. She was crafty and enjoyed scrapbooking and making cards. Jill was an avid Detroit Tigers fan. Jill is survived by her husband, Nelson; children, Roger (Shelly) Edwards, Jennifer (Mike) Sabin and James (HeidiAnn) Edwards; grandchildren, Victoria, Keely, Marissa, Dani Sue and Harrison; great grandchildren, James, Wyatt and Layla; siblings, Howard Fischer, Nancy Riecks , James (Bonnie) Fischer, Peggy (Mike) Holewinski and Heidi (Jim) Smith. Jill is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends she considered family, all of whom she loved dearly. Jill was preceded in death by her parents. Friends will be received at Maison Dardenne Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant Street, Maumee on Sunday, December 13, 2020 from 2:00 PM-7:00 PM with a funeral service at 7:00 PM.
