Jerry Mulkey

Jerry Gordon Mulkey, 67, of Perrysburg, died October 17, 2015. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on September 7, 1948 to Robert and Ruth (Lashaway) Mulkey. Jerry graduated from Springfield High School in 1968. He worked as a truck driver for Johnson Trucking. Jerry is survived by his loving family; wife, Catherine (Kanthak) Mulkey; son, Kenneth (Melissa) Mulkey; granddaughter, Savannah Mulkey; mother, Ruth; and brother, Terry Mulkey. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert. Following Jerry’s wishes, no services were held. Arrangements were entrusted to Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, Perrysburg (419-874-3133). Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
