Jerome E. Jerry Stan

Jerome Jerry E. Stan, 75, of Port Clinton, OH, passed away, Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at H. B. Magruder Hospital. He was born on June 01, 1934 in Cleveland, OH, the son of Harry E. and Gertrude H. Drzazdzinska Stankiewicz. On November 17, 1962 in Parma, OH, he married Hildegard Wagner and she survives. Jerome was a veteran of the U. S. Army, serving from 1958 to 1961. He served two of those years in Germany. Jerome was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church for over 35 years. He worked as an accountant for the Cleveland Standard Products Co. for 19 years. He will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends. Survivors include: Loving Wife of 47 years: Hildegard Stan of Port Clinton, OH; Daughters: Deborah Frost of Westin, OH and Susanne Elswick Rick McLaughlin of Port Clinton, OH; Grandchildren: Krista Frost, Brody Frost, Nicole Elswick and Sean Elswick. Jerome was preceded in death by his parents. A Memorial service will be conducted by Father John Missler at 10:30AM, Saturday, March 20, 2010 at the Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, Port Clinton, OH. Memorial contributions in memory of Jerome may be made to the American Lung Association.
