Jeffrey "Jeff" Williams, 76, passed away peacefully on August 11, 2026, at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on April 2, 1950, in Port Clinton, Ohio, to Donald and Mildred (Throne) Williams.
Jeff graduated from Port Clinton High School in 1969 and later attended Terra State Community College, where he studied air conditioning and refrigeration. He worked for USCO and Uniroyal as a spotter and supervisor of truck drivers.
Jeff's faith was an important part of his life. He loved his church and was passionate about spreading his ministry, teaching others, and sharing his love of the Bible. His faith was woven into the way he lived and the way he cared for others. His favorite scriptures were John 14 1-4 and 2nd Corinthians 5 1-8.
On June 17, 2012, Jeff married Julie Wasserman at Rivers of Living Water in Fremont, Ohio. Together, they shared many wonderful adventures and memories. They especially enjoyed traveling to Amish Country, where they loved the food and their visits to Der Dutchman. Jeff loved experiencing new things, whether visiting museums, zoos, or simply finding something interesting to explore.
Jeff had a genuine love for the simple joys of life. He loved the fall season, Christmas, football in his younger years, and baseball-especially Cleveland baseball-in his later years. He loved kit-kats, hershey's chocolate bars, and vanilla ice cream with chocolate or caramel syrup. He also loved Channel 40, Radiant TV, which helped him get through many difficult nights. He had a goofy sense of humor and loved getting a reaction out of people. His playful personality, laughter, and unique sense of humor will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Jeff is survived by his loving wife, Julie; his children, William Williams, Timothy Williams, and Amanda Williams; and his sister, Donnett Williams.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Mildred Williams, and his sister, Debbie Williams.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2026, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Robinson-Walker Funeral Home, 165 E. Water Street, Oak Harbor, Ohio. A memorial service will follow at 11:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Cherry Street Mission.
