Jeffrey A. Wietrzykowski

Jeffrey A. Wietrzykowski, age 58 years, of Northwood, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, April 5, 2016. Jeffrey was born on September 12, 1957 in Toledo, Ohio to Jack and Mary Ann (Szynfelt) Wietrzykowski. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, attended business school in the Air Force and was most recently a truck driver. Jeffrey is survived by his loving companion, Nancy S. Wagy; his loving daughter Sara Wietrzykowski; special grandchildren Gavin Bradley and Kaylee Clixby; and siblings, Mark (Kim) and Kathy.
