Jeff Cook

Jeff Cook, 61, of Port Clinton, Ohio passed away on Sunday, September 20, 2020 peacefully at home. He was born on September 8, 1959 in Port Clinton, the son of Walter and Wilma Cook. Jeff worked at US Gypsum in Gypsum, Ohio for 30 years. He was an avid street rod builder, loved to hunt and fish, but most of all, he loved spending time with his grandchildren, especially watching and cheering Jesse on while playing soccer. He was a proud and loud grandpa! Survivors include his son, Jason (Jenn) Cook of Oak Harbor; four grandchildren, Jesse, Charlie, Miyanna, and Paris; his parents, Walter and Wilma, of Lacarne; sister, Robin Cook, of Port Clinton; brothers, Kenny Cook of Port Clinton and Billy Cook of Church Hill, Tennessee. At his request, there will be no visitation or services. Memorial contributions in Jeff’s memory may be made to the Cleveland Clinic, 9500 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44195 for Cancer Research.
